Last couple of years the passion of working out and practicing martial arts had been dominating my life. Everyday I thrive to become better and improve myself. I want to do the same with you and guide you through your journey of your fittest self.

Training Philosophy
Why Qi fitness? Qi are the initials of my name, but it also means "life force". I believe that we should move daily to make our life more powerful. Exercising has great benefits for the human body: improvement in sleep, helps with weight loss, improves mood and concentration. This list goes on. Qi fitness aims to give you a more powerful life.
